Job DescriptionAirTight Networks is experiencing rapid growth and looking for an inbound marketing manager to expand its marketing team. The successful candidate will execute on all aspects of content marketing and social media strategy to drive awareness about AirTight and its products and to build a meaningful relationship online with its customers and prospects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute content marketing and social media strategies, measure results to demonstrate ROI, and adapt as needed;
Keep an ear to the ground on social media channels and online forums to monitor interesting conversations, e.g., competitive information, customer feedback, product reviews or queries, and engage in the conversation as necessary
Build working relations with other bloggers and social press in the field of wireless LAN access and security
Monitor and manage SEO for AirTight?s website, blog, and social media presence
Work closely with the content creation team and come up with novel ideas for creation of relevant content, e.g., landing pages, ebooks, whitepapers, videos
Required Qualifications
This position requires a creative individual with infectious enthusiasm and passion for inbound marketing, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum five years of experience with B2B organizations in developing content marketing and social media strategy
Strong analytical skills and experience with Google analytics and inbound marketing tools, e.g., HubSpot, SEOmoz
Solid understanding of what SEO means today
Good grasp of major social media tools: Twitter, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, and Pinterest and their relevance for disseminating specific content
Experience with website and landing page optimization, and A/B testing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills
Strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects
Self motivated and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
