In office time: Monday & Wednesday The VSB sales intern is a specialized position working for one of the fastest growing segments of HubSpot's business. Reporting to a senior IMS and with direct access to the Director of VSB, this position is designed for a hard working, super smart, technically-inclined college student that wants to accelerate their understanding of inbound marketing, entrepreneurial environments, sales , and sales strategy . This position places you at HubSpot, one of the most innovative companies in the US today. Responsibilities include: 30% of your time will be utilizing the broad education available at HubSpot. We will teach you all about HubSpot's culture, how to be successful at HubSpot, our organizational structure and foundational Inbound Marketing and SaaS Knowledge. This will include classroom training and instruction, involvement in companywide meetings, one on one's with HubSpot Celebrities, rotational shadowing of different divisions within HubSpot and more. 30% of your time will be task to assist the HubSpot small business sales team. This will include: following up with new customers to set up consulting calls and technical software set up calls. You will be involved with qualifying prospects, scheduling Inbound Marketing Assessments and Demo's, assisting in our weekly group demonstrations and webinars, and more. 30% of your time will be working on special projects. Because of this we are continually innovating and coming up with ways to be more efficient. You will be involved with supporting new initiatives that arise, and coming up with some of your own! Requirements: Unbounded energy and willingness to work with a fast paced team Technically inclined and detail oriented A passion for innovation, change and thinking outside of the box Superior interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal Hours â€" 8 -6 Monday & Wednesday Interest in learning world class sales skills General computer skills & ability to use MSFT Office and google docs SFDC experience preferred College Junior or Senior
