Inbound Sales Development Representative Vocalocity Inc.

As a member of the Sales team, the Inbound Sales Development Representative performs an inside sales function over a telephonic resource. The primary focus is to generate interest and further qualify leads to be passed to Inside Sales Representatives who are responsible for signing up the new customer account, and to increase revenue through new business lead generation, product penetration, and/or account retention. The Sales Development Representative is also responsible for building relationships with clients through providing a superior level of responsive customer service.
The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related inside/outside ales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Core Responsibilities:
Execute assigned inbound and/or outbound calling campaigns designed to acquire qualified leads, increase customer retention, drive new account acquisition, build customer loyalty, improve satisfaction and drive profitable revenue growth
Generate revenue by increasing the number of qualified leads received, contacting businesses and facilitating new account set up
Influence customers and potential customers on the merits of doing business with Vocalocity, Inc.
Conduct sales presentations via the phone
Maintain order information, phone, or other activity logs /reports as required
Maintain confidentiality of all customer and Company records and account numbers
Meet monthly and quarterly qualified leads and revenue objectives
Perform other duties as required

Preparing documentation with accuracy
Dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
