ZoomInfo is looking for entry-level Inbound Sales Qualifying Associates to join the Inbound Qualifying Team. Do you know in your heart that a career in Sales is where you want to go? As a member of the Inbound Qualifying Team at ZoomInfo you will join a small team handling and qualifying all inbound leads generated from various marketing campaigns. Each team member follows up on their share of leads daily by phone and email.
What skills will you gain?
How to manage a quota for responses and demo set ups
Exposure to working with the Enterprise Account Executives and Small Deals Team Sales Representatives
The best way to take incoming calls on sales line
Successfully respond to customer queries via our live online chat
Learn how to categorize and distribute qualified leads to the correct team member
Effective use of Salesforce
Requirements to join this team:
At least 1 year of customer facing or client services experience (you know, that restaurant, golf course or summer camp job you had)
Excellent presentation and listening skills
Strong writing skills
Superb organizational skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Willing to work overtime when needed
Sales experience is not required
An upbeat and positive attitude is a must!
