Job Description
We are looking for an organized and motivated Incentives Administrator to join our growing project operations team. Through this role, you will have a chance to learn all about the Solar Financing Industry and will have the opportunity to develop crucial skills and functions useful in the business world. As a member of the Incentives team you will be responsible for working with our installation partners on processing rebates and incentives related paperwork. This is a perfect entry level position for someone who is interested in learning more about solar power and is passionate about the renewable energy industry.
Primary Responsibilities
Review documents submitted to utilities or rebate authorities for completeness and accuracy
Process rebate reservations and incentive claims forms
Follow up with installation partners and utilities on outstanding rebates
Process cancellations of customer contracts
Register and track state renewable energy credits
Qualifications
Entry level to 1-2 years of work experience
Attention to detail and strong follow-through skills
Effectively prioritize, multi-task and switch from one task to another with ease
Superior communication ability, both written and verbal
Excellent computer skills including intermediate level expertise with Outlook and Excel; Experience with Salesforce.com an added bonus
Flexible and willing to adapt to new challenges and processes
Bachelor?s degree required
