Indirect Agent Coordinator - Post Sales Integra Telecom
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED DescriptionCoordinates post-sales support for Agents and Channel Sales Mangers between the appropriate internal departments including, but not limited to, Provisioning, Repair and Care. Maintains tracking documentation to provide to Indirect team, Partners and appropriate Integra departments. Represents the Indirect channel for all process review or continuous improvement initiates resulting from escalations and develops improved process/procedures for consideration by Integra
Extensive sales and/or customer service experience (4+ years) demonstrating the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage their time. Requires 2+ years experience working in the telecommunications industry. Requires a demonstrated understanding of billing, scheduling and database systems. Computer skills including proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation software, word processing and database software and concepts. Effective verbal and written communication skills are required. Position requires working daily from Integra office
Experience using Microsoft Office software products, specifically Excel. Experience using automated repair, customer care and billing systems.
