1 ? JOB DEFINITION:The Industrialization Manager will be responsible for the improvement process of tag industrialization and production, mainly for the new HF and UHF products (RFID domain). He will have to secure this process, in respect of product specifications, including compliancy with quality, cost constraints and customers' expectations. He will also have to propose and manage improvement projects. As manager of the tag industrialization and production group, he will have to manage a small team, through the setting up of priorities and ensuring skills development. The position will be based in our French office in La Ciotat.
2 ? DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of CAO program such as Autocad or Solidworks.
Between 5 and 10 years of relevant work experience with Lean Manufacturing Process.
Basic knowledge in electronics.
English: good level (above all written level).
