Responsibilities:
- Exercises judgment within generally defined procedures/practices and may select methods/techniques for achieving solutions when current project is similar to previous projects.
- Participates in team decision-making and team tasks that contribute to the documentation development process
- Develops subject matter expertise in more than one area of information development.
- Develops a broad knowledge of company products, team deliverables, and client business goals.
- Keeps abreast of trends in technical communication; shares knowledge with other team members.
- Participates in release and launch meetings; communicates updates to all appropriate parties.
- Scopes and manages projects/tasks to bring assigned information development projects to successful, timely completion.
- Scopes and coordinates information development projects, as assigned.
- Identifies and secures necessary project resources, including subject matter experts.
- Defines the target audience and information deliverables.
- Develops individual plans including scope, objectives, project team task list, and milestones.
- Reports progress toward project objectives and milestones to management.
- Completes project within identified budget requirements/milestones.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, Journalism or equivalent
- 2 to 6 years technical writing experience.
- Minimum of 2 years documentation experience.
- Experience with markup languages, such as XML, SGML, or HTML.
- Experience with graphics tools, such as Visio and Paint Shop Pro.
- Experience creating deliverables for audiences ranging from end-user to highly technical.
- Applicants must be willing to work in McKinley Hill,Taguig City.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
