Information Specialist - Entry Level Rep Active Network

The Active Network, located in Frostburg, Maryland, is currently seeking Seasonal Part-Time Information Specialists.
SEASONAL PART-TIME INFORMATION SPECIALIST
Provide information and referrals via telephone to the general public about retirement programs. Availability must be M-F 8AM-8PM.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Previous call center experience working with Government information or complex customer service preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma. One year of college education preferred.

SECURITY PROCESS
Must be able to pass a Federal background search. Fingerprinting is required and a follow up trip for security clearance are the prospective employee's responsibility.
