Description
As part of the Organizational Development group, your job would involve:
Implementing security software
Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems, and coordinating with systems administrators, network engineers, and IT personnel to remedy issues
Configuring and monitoring security systems
Scheduling and performing system maintenance and updates
Interacting, as needed, with staff, partners, and customers at all levels for issue resolution or remediation
Traveling to other MEDITECH buildings in order to resolve issues may be necessary
Providing off-hours emergency support of issues falling within the responsibilities of the group may be necessary

Requirements
Bachelors Degree, with course work in a computer programming related field (i.e. Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering)
Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Strong desire to learn
