Summary:
Provide excellent customer support, takes ownership of technical problems, seeing them through to a resolution.
Duties and Responsibilities
Providing timely technical support to business users in a manner that results in a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Tracking and organizing support issues to facilitate resolution.
Preparing and updating infrastructure documentation and inventories.
Collaborate with team members to gain professional and technical experience.
Provide level one help desk support to technical and non-technical individuals.
Facilities Management including moving of equipment and office furniture as needed.
Other duties as requested.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of computer workstation hardware and software.
Experience with Windows or OS X operating systems.
Excellent organizational skills.
Desire and ability learn quickly and work independently.
Education and experience:
Enrolled in computer related field of study.
Three or more years experience with computers.
