Master all applicable systems, resources, policies and procedures related to workforce service needs
Service questions and resolve issues from the workforce in a timely, accurate, and professional manor
Troubleshoot complicated issues and report recurring issues to appropriate teams
Work effectively across all company departments and articulate all training opportunities to the Training Department
Other duties as assigned
Expert in Medicare and CMS Regulations
Experience in customer service or contact center required
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications
Ability to work autonomously in a self-paced, self-motivated approach to ensure workload is completed efficiently within departmental standards
Ability to read, analyze and interpret IM chats and provide accurate guidance
Ability to communicate professionally and courteously (even in stressful situations) through verbal and written interaction
Ability to work in a challenging environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and various needs of team members
Previous experience as a Benefit Advisor or Customer Service Representative preferred
