We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation to work on a new cross-company initiative to spread Innovation tools and methodologies throughout Workday. Â Works closely with every type of organization across Workday.
Â You will contribute to the development and adoption of The Workday Waystrategy. You will help shape, evangelize and teach out a vision for great innovation tools and processes.
Â You will be responsible for helping grow an innovation facilitator community and leading them in growing, developing, and applying skills towards innovation, creativity, and GREAT outcomes.
Â You will be directly responsible for exploring and teaching out new innovation tools, provide supporting materials, teach innovation facilitators, and plan and lead innovation workshops with Workday personnel, partners, and customers.
Â Four-year degree in Human Computer Interaction, Usability Research, Human Factors or other relevant field. Graduate degree a plus.
Â 5+ years of design, research, or innovation leadership experience.
Â Expert knowledge in one or more key innovation processes including, but not limited to Design Thinking, Creative Intelligence, Outcome Driven Innovation, Open Innovation, etc.
Â Deep knowledge of user experience methods, innovation, ideation, storytelling, prototyping, design frameworks, concept visualization, problem-framing skills and design principles
Â Core expertise in leveraging deep empathy and experimentation to frame a problem by leveraging your skills in design-thinking, user-centered design research, ethnographic research, experimental psychology research, and experience design.
Â Proven track record in facilitating and teaching out design and innovation processes within your group or organization.
Â Exemplary ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across teams/groups/functions through facilitative leadership to deliver great results and to "raise the bar" continually as an effective leader of positive change
Â Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator
Â Organized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner.
