THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED 42Floors is revolutionizing the way people find office space. We're seeking competitive, creative, and driven account executives to help us continue our rapid growth by acquiring data (listings, photos, feeds, etc.) and making new partnerships with brokers and landlords.
The role is in San Francisco.
What we expect from you:
You will be part of our front-line team making outbound calls to help us increase the quantity and quality of our data, and grow our overall customer base.
Perform a high-volume of calls (55-75 daily) to secure new data channels and build ongoing business partnerships.
Send necessary follow-up emails, set meetings, and document all activities in Salesforce.
Communicate clearly, provide exemplary customer service, and be able to manage long-term, high-value relationships.
Meet and exceed performance objectives on a consistent basis.
A recent college graduate with sales internship experience, or 1-3 years of experience doing inside sales, telesales, B2B sales, retail sales, commercial sales, territory sales, business development, door to door sales, advertising sales, online sales, or direct to consumer sales.
Ready to learn the commercial real estate industry inside and out.
Competitive, high-energy, with a strong desire achieve rapid growth.
Willing to tackle new projects and challenges every day.
A great communicator and listener on the phone and through email.
An adaptable problem solver, and a multitasker.
