PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES The Inside Sales Associate (ISA) qualifies and sells Infusionsoft products and services to prospective customers referred from our organic lead generation activities. The objectives of the ISA are to help small businesses succeed by understanding how Infusionsoft can impact their business and providing enough information for prospects to make an intelligent purchasing decision.
Meet and/or exceed monthly revenue and Customer Purchase Decision (sales) quota.
Directly interact with prospects to position the value of Infusionsoft's Solutions and Services as supported by Infusionsoft's TruSelling Methodology (buy/sell alignment, business case development, case studies and a passion for helping small businesses).
Prospect new companies as potential customers/partners of Infusionsoft's solutions utilizing the Infusionsoft's Marketing group.
Pursue professional and personal development to ensure adequate knowledge of the markets and industries Infusionsoft serves as well as the products and services Infusionsoft provides.
Update on a timely basis Infusionsoft's CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information.
Maintain CRM Records
Obtain, review and apply Infusionsoft's TruSelling Methodology
Maintain pursuit and capture list
Support participation in Infusionsoft events and promotions such as InfusionCon, local and online events
Contributing to a team selling environment
Understanding and Passion for Small Businesses
Strong Telesales/Phone Skills
Strong Prospecting and Cold Calling Skills
Knowledge of CRM technologies and methodologies
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years of software and consulting sales or account management experience.
Highly motivated, entrepreneurial individual
Must be a sales professional with an excellent track record of selling business application software.
Proven success opportunity management and acquisition
Experience owning or running a small business
Entrepreneurial fire and passion
Compensation = Territory Quota - 80%, Team Quota - 20%
