Inside Sales Associate SpaceClaim
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our new inside sales team. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the success of a new team and be a key player in its development. The goal of this position will be to support our field sales team, including our reseller channel, by providing them with quality, well-qualified leads through outbound phone calls. In doing so, you will be responsible for uncovering and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel until they can be successfully transferred to a member of our field sales team or reseller partner.
Responsibilities:
Lead business development efforts by making proactive outbound phone calls in an effort to uncover new sales opportunities
Promote company products and services as potential solutions to prospect's 3D modeling software needs
Demonstrate effective sales process skills by asking questions, identifying pain points, overcoming objections, identifying product champions and asking for a commitment
Follow up with prospects who have been targets of various Marketing campaigns or who may have attended a past event or trade show
Respond to inbound telephone and email requests regarding product information and pricing
Qualify prospects and arrange sales follow up or a demonstration/meeting
Promote various events as needed
Collaborate with the Marketing team on the development and deployment of new targeted campaigns
Document progress within CRM system
Other projects as needed
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold a B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Business or related field
Prior sales experience a plus, but not required
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate a professional demeanor
Have an outgoing personality and a motivation to succeed in a sales environment
