The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for generating new business via outbound calls to vAuto GeniusLabs automobile dealer prospects. The ISA will be able to articulate the value proposition of vAuto GeniusLabs products in order to schedule demo appointments for our Product Consultants.
Key activities of this role will include cold calling leads and setting up demo appointments. In addition to your base pay, you will be paid a commission for each completed demo and for each product sale.
Generate new business via outbound calls for the vAuto Genius Labs suite of products to assigned Dealer prospects.
Articulate the value of the full product portfolio based on the customer needs.
Manage and overcome prospect objections in order to secure qualified demo appointments.
Work with Manager to understand, meet and exceed goals and objectives.
Reach the decision maker of the dealership (GM or Owner) and articulate the value of the vAuto Genius Labs products.
Participate in sales team meetings as required.
Complete documentation, as outlined in the sales process, within the CRM tool (Sales Force)
Utilize CRM to accurately and effectively track activity, and update lead, opportunity information and account information.
HS Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
2+ Years Outbound Sales/Appointment Setting Experience/Cold Calling
High level of comfort with Technology
Sales Force experience preferred
