Blu Homes is seeking exceptional candidates for the position of Inside Sales Associate, based at Blu?s Mare Island, CA, headquarters and reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for supporting customers nationally and assisting the outside Blu Sales team with meeting their assigned quota. The position will be responsible for responding to incoming customer inquiries, managing the phone system, and qualifying warm leads. The Associate will also have the opportunity to train in the field with customers by supporting evening and weekend events, as well as attending regional sales calls with outside representatives. Interest and proclivity for learning technical information about home-building and Blu?s proprietary technology;
Understanding and acumen in the ?closing? process with prospective clients;
Strong technical skills ? must have ability to work with Blu?s innovative digital tools;
Ability to ?scale? with company and an interest in long-term career opportunities at Blu.
Experience: Minimum bachelor?s degree and two or more years of Inside Sales or Customer Service experience.
