We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated inside sales professional with outstanding interpersonal skills and approximately 3-5 years IT (Cloud and/or SaaS strongly preferred) sales experience. A successful candidate will have the ability to uncover new sales opportunities in enterprise-sized accounts as well as work with channel partners. It is key that you are able to work well independently and as a team player with the North American sales team.
Job Responsibilities
Aggressively identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outbound campaigns utilizing telephone, e-mail and the web.
Focus on lead nurturing after events, webinars, etc. and with prospects.
Move customer prospects and potential new partners through the sales process as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Respond to potential customers? requests for information.
Document inside sales actions in salesforce automation system (salesforce.com).
Work with management to communicate sales activity, competitive information and customer feedback.
Desired Skills and Experience
You?ve been an inside sales representative before with a minimum of 3-5 years successful business-to-business inside sales experience.
You?ve demonstrated success selling software or SaaS solution.
You understand the cloud computing business model and enjoy selling to both business and technical audiences, building mutual trust.
Results-oriented with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Experience prospecting to gain new business revenue and cold calling expertise.

World-class interpersonal and communication skills ? you have the ability to effortlessly make complex contractual, technical, and financial details sound simple.

Exceptional communication, organization and leadership skills.

Bachelor?s degree, preferably in business, marketing or communications.
