THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the company's sales department in various administrative functions, most specifically providing support in quoting, contracting, order entry, sales process analysis and renewals.
Respond to budgetary quote requests from field, generate quotes directing from company's CRM (salesfore.com).
Review submitted contracts and purchase orders for completeness, accuracy and compliance to InTouch Health sales order acceptance policy.
Input new sales orders in ERP system (MS Dynamics) ensuring that information input is accurate and complete.
Set-up recurring sales orders in ERP System to ensure invoices are sent out in a timely fashion.
Work cooperatively with Finance department to ensure service renewal notifications are sent to Customers in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records and documentation as it relates to the appropriate customer orders.
Quickly identify red flags as it relates to delays or the inaccuracy of incoming orders.
Recommend solutions for process improvement.
Other tasks and duties as defined by supervisor.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY
Strong organization, administration and communication skills (Written and Verbal).
Works well in a team oriented environment.
Strong computing and analytical skills including Excel spreadsheet analysis
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality regarding customer, Company and commission/contract information required.
Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and MS Dynamics a plus.
Bachelor degree (or equivalent).
Minimum of 1-3 years work experience in areas of responsibility.
