Description

Qualifications
Passionate about providing an awesome, memorable customer experience while having fun
Accountable to the customer to fully understand what they need and either directly solve their problem or own the problem by working across internal support teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced environment with the ability to get the job done efficiently
Skills
Telecom business and systems background
Detail oriented, the ability to properly document and create customer call notes
Excellent communication skills, inspiring confidence while leading customers through the steps to resolve issues via phone and email
Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com
College degree is preferred
