Opportunity: Inside Sales Development Manager
We are looking for an Inside Sales Development Manager who desires to be part of a winning team defining the Interactive Patient Care industry. If helping to support demand generation for an award winning organization that impacts millions of lives is your passion, then we want to hear from you!
This position will support the Sales team with the telemarketing, lead generation and qualification for new prospective clients as part of the Marketing team. This position is located at our headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland.
Duties & Responsibilities
Work with Marketing team members and sales on inbound and outbound lead generation, qualification, appointment setting and follow-up via well-honed communication skills.
Will help oversee cold calling and lead nurturing activities.
Work with SalesForce.com Administrator to drive data production and analysis, and manage leads to help build sales pipeline activity.
Perform general market analysis management; research and propose growth opportunities.
Develop and leverage extensive knowledge base of issues in healthcare industry.
Self-starter with a drive for results
Proficiency with Salesforce.com
Savvy telephone relationship development skills; the ability to think quick, speak quick on your feet
Team player who strong emphasis on cross-collaboration
Ambitious and success oriented
Positive attitude and a high tolerance for rejection
Desire to be part of winning team defining an industry
Passion to be part of success of the larger whole
Minimum 5-7 years sales, inside sales or telemarketing experience
Healthcare experience strongly preferred
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills with clients and management
