Position Overview:
Enkata is searching for a hands-on, Inside Sales Manager. This is a great opportunity to leverage your marketing and sales skills to drive new opportunities into Enkata?s pipeline. The person should have proven management success leading early-stage pipeline growth with an inside sales development team. You will have a direct impact on the success of the company in the hot, on-demand Customer Experience Analytics space.
Responsibilities:
Drive strategy and execution to increase pipeline opportunities
Provide leadership, coaching, and development to a team of inside sales representatives
You?ll set goals and develop each person on the team in using your prospecting and CRM skills, you?ll mentor and guide the team to achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly pipeline and forecast goals as well as other defined objectives.
Participate in the early stages of the sales process ? manage the process of successfully transitioning opportunities to a field sales team
Develop and track performance against key metrics for the organization
Review work of each team member to determine areas for improvement
Develop, identify, and deploy best practices for success
Collaborate with other members of marketing and sales to ensure success of the team
Analyze and manage to pipeline goals
Qualifications:
5+ years successful sales team management experience
7-10 years successful Sales Development /Business Development / Lead Generation experience
Prior experience generating pipeline for SaaS/ cloud business at a reputable company
Great combination of marketing skills for pipeline development and strong sales orientation Solutions-based sales process.
Strong skills for managing and coaching the team at the early stages of engagements in the sales process.
Successful track record in a sales or marketing leadership position with direct responsibility for recruitment, retention, employee development and performance management
Experience working with an inside sales team in a high growth B2B environment -- customer service related software solutions a plus
Demonstrated record of consistent quota / goal achievement
Highly effective organizational and multi-tasking skills
Proven ability to work effectively across departments and teams
Strong analytical skills
Bachelor?s degree
Strong knowledge of salesforce.com dashboards and reporting
Experience with common CRM sales tools
