Responsibilities:
Supporting the Channel Team from the Back Office (Order Management ,Licensing Issues and Sales Trainings)
Dealing with all the Renewals , check status and remind Resellers and Channel Team
Lead Management through Outbound Calls and Update in our Salesforce System (description of calls, merge leads, reports, send mass/individual mails)
Correspondence with the headquarter with all kind of issues ( Partner Alliance topics, pending orders)
Responding incoming Calls from Resellers and Customers
Support all Sales Teams
Requirements:
Knowledge of the security software solutions
Conceptual understanding of requirements and solutions
Experience in inside Sales or Sales Support and IT-solutions
Ability to solve critical issues in a timely manner
Very good English language skills
