Inside Sales, Lead Generation Specialist Bulldog Solutions
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Inside Sales-Lead Generation Specialist will be a key part of our sales team and instrumental to our success in achieving our quarterly sales quota. You will perform outbound prospecting, to develop new business opportunities, by setting appointments with key executives. This is a critical role for building the sales pipeline for our field sales team.
This role will focus on outbound prospecting, at the Director and above level, through aggressive and effective cold-calling and emailing strategies and tactics.
Must be able to generate new business opportunities from prospecting as measured by number of qualified leads passed and appointments set.
Able to effectively identify prospects based on -target criteria and effective market research to identify the right companies, contacts and decision makers.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to establish rapport with key decision makers, ask probing questions, match their needs to our solutions, understanding customers? strategic initiatives and our competition for each opportunity.
Effective prospecting skills via phone, email and / or in-person. Must be able to articulate company?s value proposition to convince executives and decision makers to accept scheduled appointments.
Must Track daily activities and progress using our CRM system.
Desired Skills & Experience
5+ years in B2B outbound prospecting sales experience targeting senior level decision makers required
College Degree required.
Self-motivated and determined to hit quotas and goals each quarter.
Prior experience with Email Marketing is a strong plus.
Prior experience with Salesforce.com a strong plus
Proven track record of prospecting and developing a robust pipeline required
Must have background of inside sales best practices and a desire to create and implement new practices to generate leads and revenue.
Team oriented and desire to help build inside sales internal infrastructure.
Exceptional adaptive communication skills, high business aptitude and an entrepreneurial attitude.
Ability to balance inbound marketing inquiries along with outbound prospecting, at the Director and above level, through aggressive and effective cold-calling and emailing strategies and tactics.
