Inside Sales/Lead Generator Health Market Science
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED We are looking for highly-motivated, professional team players to help us grow our sales exponentially. Inside Lead Generation is responsible for cold calling select accounts as directed by senior sales management for all 3 Lines of Business. Responsible for generating new sales leads setting sales appointments and follow up with prospects and clients. Will be required to research, contact and qualify sales prospects. Candidates must be extremely comfortable with cold calling. Prefer candidates to have a minimum of at least 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a high volume cold call sales environment. Must be able to work independently or with a team and be highly self motivated and take direction well.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Generate qualified leads to drive team quota achievement with minimum of 50-100 cold calls/day
Determine if prospect is decision maker, recommender, influencer, etc. and establishing an
organization chart of client organization.
Establish meetings for sales teams.
Update SF.com with activity
Other sales related tasks as directed by HMS
Job Requirements :
2-3 years of Healthcare experience
Excellent communication skills ? both oral and written
Self starter - Motivated and high energy
3-5 years of Inside Sales experience
Technical acumen and interest
Proficient computer skills
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Understanding of how Life Sciences (pharmaceutical and medical device) companies go to market
Ability to articulate value proposition sufficiently to establish appointments
Can think on your feet
