Inside Sales Manager Quickparts
The Inside Sales Manager serves the customer by providing them custom designed parts that meet their needs while closing sales to meet the company?s sales expectations by performing the following duties:
Call/Contact all new registrants and new/existing quote opportunities
Collect accurate project requirements from the customer
Provide operations team all necessary information gathered during the sales process
Close deals
Teach other team members about information learned regarding sales or product knowledge

Always serve the customer
Ensure that every prospect or customer is engaged promptly and professionally to understand their needs
Ensure effective communication with the customer or prospect to set appropriate expectations for a qualified solution to their needs
Treat every customer or prospect with a strong appreciation for their business
Achieve revenue goals
Sell what can be reliably manufactured in the current supply chain
Execute the strategy developed by management
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree or 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training
Ability to understand technical inquiries from engineers
Ability to work with Microsoft Office software
