This Inside Sales Manager position is one of three Inside Sales Managers located in Berwyn, PA reporting to the Inside Sales Director. The Inside Sales Manager will have approximately 15 direct reports.The Inside Sales Manager will:
Manage daily activities of the Inside Sales Associates (ISAs) within team
Provide daily sales, process, and system guidance and support to ISAs
Manage call monitoring and feedback process
Drive performance management and development of ISAs
Be responsible for daily and weekly reports generation and analysis
Drive team?s new accounts development efforts
Coach and train team in all products/services and consultative sales techniques
Drive corporate and alternative lead sources with team
Develop and manage contests and team building events
Analyze sales process metrics and drive sales productivity improvements
Assist with training program modules and materials development
Perform other duties as assigned

A successful candidate:
Has a bachlor's degree or has a minimum of 2 years of sales or customer service experience
Is ISA Certified or has a minimum of 2 years of inside or outside sales experience
Has a proven history of a successful sales ability
Has the ability to lead, coach, and develop ISAs driving customer service, work quality, and team productivity
Has exceptional negotiating and consultative sales skills
Has keen customer centric attitude and behavior
Has excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills
Has strong analytical, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
Has the ability to be flexible while working in a fast paced and changing environment
Is PC and MS Office Suite and SalesForce.com proficient
Has a bachlor's degree - preferred
Has a minimum of 2 years of outbound business to business sales call center management experience - preferred
The Inside Sales Manager position is bonus eligible. Due to the region assigned, work schedule may start and end anytime between 8 am and 8 pm ET Monday through Friday.
