Inside Sales Manager CradlePoint
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for building and leading a growing team of Inside Sales Representatives in order to achieve company sales goals. The Sales Manager will educate, coach and develop individual ISR's so that they achieve their individual goals and so that the ISR team achieves their team goals. These objectives and goals include sales quotas, outbound calling, opportunity identification, pipeline maturation and upsell/cross-sell. They also include acting as a trusted advisor for end-users, partners and carrier representatives. The Sales Manager is responsible for developing a regional plan to penetrate and develop mid-market and SMB approach. Hire top-level candidates for ISR positions.
Train, teach, and coach ISR's.
Set goals and objectives for ISR's.
Learn and be an expert in selling the CradlePoint products and services line.
Teach and coach the CP sales process.
Achieve/exceed team quota.
Achieve attach rate goals for services and cloud management offerings.
Conduct regular one-on-one ISR coaching sessions.
Assess ISR performance, encourage and reward good performance.
Establish Performance Improvement Plans when needed and determine if an ISR's employment should be terminated due to unsatisfactory performance.
Develop and execute outbound call campaigns.
Develop territory strategy.
Motivate ISR's and promote a positive/team culture.
Work cross functionally to resolve challenges and maximize opportunities.
Escalate customer and operational issues.
Collaborate with the Channel, field sales, operations, and Marketing functions.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and three year's of sales experience or a combination of education and experience.
Minimum of two year's experience managing employees.
Prior inside sales experience a plus.
Prior Technical Sales experience a plus.
Good communication skills ? verbal and written.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments.
Proficient PC skills including e-mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts
