Leads, motivates and energizes internal team members to produce a winning team effort and environment.
Monitors and analyzes sales and market trends through use of Salesforce.com and other tracking tools
Prospects and grows an account list, handling incoming leads.
Develops and/or maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the Company.
Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.
Executes and manages every element of the inside sales process on a team level.
Manages a team of Inside Sales Specialists that contact potential customers through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, mailings, and fax to communicate opportunities to extend initiatives with the company. The inside sales specialists will also have account management and renewal contract goals.
Facilitates new processes, tools, communications, training and methodologies to ensure sales program's success across teams and departments throughout the company.
Oversees resource planning, reporting, territories, incentives and communications for the Inside Sales team.
Requirements:
Required:
Advanced degree
At least 5 years sales experience with at least 2 being in a Sr or Team Lead role
Preferences:
Home Health/Hospice industry/software experience
Medical industry/software experience
