Inside Sales Manager GFI Software

This person will be responsible for managing inside sales force, coaching the sales team, fielding sales questions, assisting in the sales process (meeting and exceeding quota, reviewing and reporting on forecasts). This individual will facilitate the success of the sales team by setting the direction, training, coaching, communicating, one-on-one time with individual sales team contributors and removing obstacles to their success.? Responsibilities include exceeding budgeted goals and managing the inside sales team.?
Directly manages a team of inside sales representatives.?
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
Meet with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Build new business and grow existing business and customer relationships.
Responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Requirements
Strong, successful (?bag carrying?, exceeding quota) experience in Software sales experience and 3-5 years of inside sales management experience.
Exceptional management and coaching skills.
Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals.
Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
Understand user behavior and how technology works and the ability to explain each in ordinary terms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Great team player.
Strong track record of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.
Strong analytical skills and reasoning abilities
Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in person.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through.
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
