This manager will lead a team of 8 Sales Associates. Sales Associates are a critical component in our sales process. They are directly responsible for managing the front end of our sales process. All marketing generated leads are qualified by our Sales Associate team to generate qualified opportunities for our sales teams.
Hire, ramp, train and manage the Sales Associate team. This team serves as a 'feeder' team for our inside sales team, so hiring well, coaching and helping these reps to advance to the next stage of their career will be critical to the success of this manager. This manager will also be responsible for managing the process of lead flow, lead management and lead qualification. Detail oriented individual with experience with SFDC is a must.

Collaborative with marketing where you add value while defining process and work flows for optimum productivity. Work together with the Managers, Inside Sales (East and West) to insure that the teams are cooperatively adding new opportunities to the funnel.
Prior experience managing a telemarketing or inside sales team in a high technology, high growth company. Experience working with complex products selling to a technical and economic buyer. Strong desire to help shape the future careers of the team.
