Inside Sales Manager TubeMogul

Lead generation through target account selling, outbound cold calling, and calling on marketing-generated inbound leads.
Identifying, qualifying and transferring target accounts to the Platform sales team to generate revenue.
Demonstrate clear understanding of TubeMogul?s sales processes and value proposition.
Lead day-to-day operations of an inside sales team and create daily accountability for reps regarding sales objectives.
Establish short and long term strategies for generating and qualifying sales leads.
Provide team-wide, highly visible leadership and communication including current prospects, competitive information, and sales feedback to executives.
Work collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing teams to establish a systemic approach to inbound and outbound lead generation that is aligned with sales goals and marketing initiatives.
Collaborate regularly with Sales teams to discuss best practices, business and market trends and review qualification approach to maximize opportunities.
Utilize call center metrics and reports to creatively identify ways to improve lead generation and sales performance.
Minimum of 3 years? experience in a lead generation or inside sales position, preferably at enterprise software company selling SaaS
Minimum of 1 year in a management position - ability to drive and motivate team to achieve results
Creative, resourceful and able to adapt to change quickly
Understanding and passion for the Video Advertising industry
Discipline to maintain high call volumes (minimum of 40 outbound calls per day)
Strong relationship-development skills
Persistent and positive attitude ? a ?never give up? mentality
Self-motivated and proactive ? someone who takes initiative without direction
Strong organization, planning and prioritization skills
Ability to identify key contacts for follow up; excellent ability to communicate project and status updates to team and cross-functionally to ensure understanding
Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM
Bachelor?s degree required
