SAY Media has an established direct sales team who work with the major ad agencies and the world's biggest brands. We've recently launched a new Inside Sales team to grow our advertiser base across our owned and operated properties. This team will focus on selling ad campaigns for our owned and operated passion-based properties in our Living, Food, Tech and Style categories.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales leader to play an instrumental role in building a talented, fun and fast growing team. You will play a key role in hiring, developing operational processes and defining sales strategy. You will coach and mentor sales reps, work with them to meet and exceed their sales goals and manage all aspects of their performance. - 5 years above quota performance in an Inside or Outside digital advertising sales role
- 2 years experience managing a high performance Inside Sales team
- Ability to excel in a results focused environment and passion for coaching sales reps to achieve their highest performance potential
- In depth familiarity with Inside Sales operational process, CRM systems and performance measurement strategies
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
- BA/BS degree from a top-tier school
