The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for the management of our Inside Sales Representatives and is accountable for the revenue produced by this metrics driven team.
Responsibilities and Functions:
Develops quarterly ?Management By Objective? goals for each individual ISR based on revenue quota for the geographical territory
Responsible for tracking all metrics (call reports, territory activity/pipeline reports and revenue reports)
Educates the inside sales team about terminology, features and benefits of Cyber-Ark products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
Works with Director of Marketing Programs on sales campaigns and promotions related to the inside sales organization
Reports directly to the EVP Americas and communicates inside sales updates, raises issues and offers suggestions to improve internal processes
Qualifications:
B.A./B.S. (Marketing focus is preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of inside software sales experience and at least 1-2 years in a team lead or managerial role
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Also an excellence in public speaking/presenting
Ability to pick up business and technical concepts quickly
Desire to try new things and implement new sales programs
Self-starter with an ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Skilled in MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Office applications
Experience with SalesForce is a plus
