As a key member and manager on the Inside Sales Team, the experienced Inside Sales Manager will be focused on developing and coaching employees and building and maintaining team culture with highly driven and enthusiastic sales/lead generation professionals. Our Inside Sales Team is the first point of contact with prospective Imperva customers and carries out an integral part of our customer acquisition strategy, working alongside our Regional Sales Managers/Directors and our world class Channel Partners. This role requires someone who can develop and execute business and sales strategy, while leading the team to achieve daily, weekly and quarterly sales quotas and goals.
Planning and executing a strategic quarterly regional business plan
Measuring and tracking key performance metrics in SFDC --individual contribution and team contribution
Reviewing quarterly and mid quarterly performance metrics with team members to stay on track with goals and objectives
Managing SFDC reports, for call campaigns and lead delivery
Weekly collaboration with corporate marketing to plan and execute email/call campaigns
Weekly collaboration with other inside sales managers to develop team incentives and execute on management objectives
Collaboration with channel team, partners and strategic alliances to create and execute joint campaigns
Selecting and validating lead generation tools and resources
Ensuring SFDC best practices and compliance
Maintaining training materials, call scripts and best practice guidelines
Interviewing; recognize, hire and retain top talent
Training new team members and ongoing personal training of each team member
Conducting annual performance reviews; coaching and counseling team members to achieve results
Required Experience and Skills:
Bachelor?s degree or higher
Demonstrated success building, leading and managing an Inside Sales or Sales Development Team
Track record of meeting sales quota on an ongoing basis
Experience in software and/or Security Software industry
Experience working strategically with Channel Partners
Independent thinker with ability to pay attention to detail and see the ?big picture?
Very detailed organizational style; analytical and metrics driven approach to driving results
Articulate in communication to team, management, executives and customers
Self-disciplined, driven to succeed, and ?make it happen? approach
Goal oriented; ability to prioritize and focus on meeting key objectives
Strong leadership skills; track record of creating a positive, motivating sales environment
A winning attitude; ability to coach to the positive and quickly address challenges
