The Receivables Exchange is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to help grow our award winning online accounts receivable marketplace by generating leads over the phone and via email. We seek a person who possesses strong phone skills and experience in the areas of lead generation. This position involves working on an experienced sales team and offers an exciting and rewarding career path and has a base salary, plus generous commissions as well as stock options.
Management Responsibilities:
Work in a metrics based environment focused on conducting a pre-determined number of professional lead generation calls and emails
Communicate effectively with C-Level Executives by combining active listening skills with the ability to be assertive and persuasive.
Assess a prospect?s interest, decision making ability and time frame for decision in order to set appointments or live transfer the call to a Sale Associate
Manage a large pipeline of prospects through the use of scheduled tasks and appointments
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required; College degree preferred
1-3 years demonstrated success in Sales
Ability to be enthusiastic, persistent, and self-reliant
Ability to work in a team oriented atmosphere with strong desire to foster the success of the team
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
Finance experience a plus but not required
