Position Requirements:
- At least one year of experience using Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM
- Experience selling to small businesses
- Strong written and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to an overall team goal
- Possess the skills to turn leads into sales
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospects, qualify, and convert new business
- Generate and quality sales leads
- Develop and take ownership of customer relationships
- Provide pricing, quotes and assistance over the phone and through email
- Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate data
- Utilize phone, email and web tools to effectively communicate our offerings
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals and quotas.
