Adeptia is seeking an Inside Sales Representative that has the ability to work independently to process and qualify leads, perform web-based software demonstrations and close new sales opportunities. Develop qualified leads by researching, profiling, cold calling, and networking targeted companies/contacts. Must have strong focus on relationship and solution selling methods. Identify a suitable fit between a prospect's requirements and Adeptia products. Must be a self-starter with a proven ability to rapidly adapt to new environments and technologies. Must have excellent verbal and phone communications skills. At least three years experience in software sales with a track record of meeting goals and a Bachelors degree required.
