To keep us ahead of the game we need a Cloud Sales Representative.
For the successful implementation of our IT solutions around the world, we require lots of careful project planning. This is where the project management team is vital in supporting the technical team to achieve their end goal.
The Cloud Sales Representative works in close conjunction with the sales and account management teams. Maintaining and developing sales growth in existing accoutns, creating and identifying opportunities in existing accounts for the sale of additiona services and solutiosn.
What we will expect you to do:
We will ask you develop, negotiate and agree to guidelines of client relationships
You will ensure the adherence to service level agreements and budgets
Relationship management fo new and and existing Cloud customers
Anayze and target upsell opportunities
Respond to inbound sales inquiries via chat and telephone
Manage customer escalations
Manage outbound call campaigns to a base of Cloud customers

This role is pivotal in ensuring existing customer accounts are properly penetrated and retained.
Qualifications
Key requirements:
At least 2 years of inside sales and/or account management experience
Strong interpersonal skills: negotiating, influencing, and dealing effectively with people
Excellent organizational skills
High personal integrity, ethics and credibility
Good English language skills
