About the job:
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to help us grow the business. This is an entry. level sales role with significant growth opportunity. As a member of an inside, telephone.based sales team, you will be responsible for (a) fielding incoming sales leads being generated from our marketing team and website (b) making a direct phone.based sales call to the most qualified incoming leads (c) qualifying those leads as viable opportunities and building a robust sales pipeline (d) closing the sale. There might be additional cold.calling to targeted lists on top of following up on ?warm leads? generated via marketing.
Outbound calling, emailing, and participating with programs and assignments upon request
Attempting 70.80 calls per day and holding 20.30 sales calls per day.
Conducting online presentations via web.based software with interested customers.
Maintaining sales database (inputting conversation detail, tracking follow.up actions, and updating account/contact details, task lists, and calling activities) utilizing SalesForce.com
Presenting activity reports
Participating in weekly meetings to review objectives, opportunities, and forecast items
Our ideal candidate will have a strong drive to meet and exceed goals, be comfortable making a high number of outbound calls each day, be articulate and conversant with prospects, have great time management, organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal) as well as a professional and polished demeanor.
