Job Description As an Inside Sales Representative you will work within a designated territory to qualify, develop and close sales opportunities for piXlogic Software solutions. Territories are defined either geographically or as a specific list of accounts. This position requires excellent software solution selling skills to manage all aspects of the sales cycle, resulting in meeting or exceeding the assigned individual & team software sales quota. You will interact with field sales, pre-sales technical engineers, partners and customers across the country.
Responsibilities:
To meet and/or exceed individual (and/or team) software & services revenue target(s)
Develop 3x sales pipeline, adding at least 2 new action items per week
Effectively build and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue
Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and competition
Proactive calling of 40 calls per day into identified prospects and install base accounts to achieve revenue targets
Maintain current and accurate account information and contact information within customer data base
Work with SE to technically qualify and advance opportunities to closure
Create and deliver sales presentations, including working with an SE to deliver product demonstrations using web-based remote demo technology
Maintain focus on the Total Customer Experience in all interactions with customers and partners
Weekly forecasting - know the amounts, status, decision makers and next steps in closing opportunities
Qualifications:
1 3 years of previous inside sales experience (or related field sales, channel sales or sales development experience), preferably in the technology industry
Bachelors Degree
Ideal candidate will have sold enterprise-level software solutions, with an excellent understanding of relating the technologys value to a customers business needs
Outstanding time management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills via the phone and internet
Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take the initiative to get things done
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once (flexible and self-sufficient)
Positive attitude, self-motivated, confident and tenacious
