INSIDE SALES REP - NACR Invenio Marketing

The Business Development Representative provides business-to-business lead generation and sales prospecting to support Invenio clients.
Extensive cold calling to prospects using the phone aggressively, gathering sales intelligence, and passing qualified leads to sales representatives (90-95% your day will be spent talking on the phone) Schedule appointments (phone or in-person) between prospects and assigned sales representatives to introduce our services and educate the prospect on the value of our products. Conduct market research to identify key contacts and decision makers at targeted companies. .
To be successful in this role, you must be professional, well spoken, highly inquisitive and have the ability to rapidly master technical concepts in a business setting. Must be comfortable dealing with decisionmakers (Director, VP, C-Level) through creative and direct marketing campaigns. Be self-motivated and enjoy talking on the phone and communicating through email. Must-haves: 1-2+ years outbound B2B telephone marketing or inside sales experience. Maturity to be able to interact with all levels and ability to collaborate with sales representatives and teams Self-motivated and comfortable with minimal supervision. Professional upbeat telephone voice with the tenacity to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers. Understanding of the sales process and goals oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive. Ability to deal with ambiguity Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook, and use of the Internet. Experience with sales force automation applications. College degree OR an equivalent combination of education, telephone sales, and marketing experience. Working knowledge of Telephony and Customer Contact Center services is strongly preferred, but not required.
