Inside Sales Rep Shunra Software
We are expanding our Corporate Office operations in Philadelphia (located at 1800 JFK Boulevard) and are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative (ISR).
The ISR is directly responsible for finding, creating and nurturing new sales opportunities. The ISR will support a geographically defined region and may be assigned channel partners.
We are seeking an energetic self-starter who is passionate about driving revenue, increasing client base, and selling for Shunra. You must be results-driven and committed to creating new business opportunities in a dynamic marketplace. The ideal candidate must have strong sales and verbal communication and writing skills. The candidate should have business and related industry knowledge with a proven ability to develop leads.
This role is responsible for the account development process, including lead generation, identifying and qualifying sales opportunity, and helping to create a vision that promotes the Shunra solution. In addition, the ISR will be expected to efficiently and accurately present Shunra, and may also be asked to respond to RFPs or contribute to proposals/responses to RFPs.
Shunra offers a competitive base salary, with a monthly bonus plan and commission opportunity. It is expected that the successful candidate will have an opportunity to advance his/her career by becoming a Technical Account Manager or Outside Sales Rep.
ISR Responsibilities
Nurturing marketing-generated leads and other inbound requests
Prospecting for new leads, including targeted account calling and other outbound efforts
Understand and uncover customer or prospect needs
Support geographically distributed sales representatives.
Potentially support channel partners who distribute Shunra?s products nationwide.
Become an expert on the benefits provided by Shunra's technology and be able to effectively communicate those benefits to different levels within an account
Align customer and prospect vision with Shunra capabilities
Achieve minimum monthly qualification goals
Requirements
Excellent communications skills
Proven ability to produce in a high activity, high transaction environment
Enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with a serious work ethic
Proactive; able to work independently; tenacious; goal-oriented
A minimum of 2 years software selling experience
Experience with Solution Selling preferred
Experience using a CRM solution (Salesforce.com) to prioritize and record activities and effectively manage accounts
BA/BS degree a plus but not required
Proven track record in inside sales. Ability to meet and exceed individual sales targets on a consistent basis
Strong computer skills
