PositionSummary:
TheInsideSalesRepisresponsibleforgrowingrecurringSaaS(softwareasaservice)revenueinnewandexistingcustomerswithinaspecifiedterritory.Aspartofthis,theInsideSalesRepwillperformallsalesactivitieswithintheterritory,fromqualifyingleadsgeneratedbytheCompanysmarketinggroup,tocreatingstrategicplansforeachaccount;andworkingwithbothinternalandexternalteammembersinfinalizingthecontractsand/ororders.ThispositionwillteamwiththeCompanysmarketinggrouptodevelopandimplementagreedmarketingplansfortheterritorytatalignwiththeCompanysgoals.TheInsideSalesRepisanintegralpartoftheteamcomprisedofsales,marketing,andcustomercareinmeetingandexceedingcustomerexpectations&satisfaction,andtheCompanysgoalsofrevenuegrowthandcustomerretention.
EssentialDuties&Responsibilities:
Responsibleforthesalesofcallcentertalentmanagementsolutions.
DemonstratestechnicalandconsultativesellingskillsthatallowyoutogiveeffectivepresentationsofKnowlagentssolutionsinacompelling,positiveandprofessionalmanner.
Completeunderstandingofpricingandproposalmodels.
DemonstratestheabilitytocarryonabusinessconversationwithdecisionmakersatmajororganizationsfromClevelexecutivestomanagers.
Developsapipelineofqualifiedleadsthroughreferrals,coldcallingonbusinessowners,mail,email,andnetworking.
CreatesandconductseffectiveproposalpresentationsandRFPresponsesthatidentifyprospectsbusinessproblems,theeffectsoftheproblems,andtheKnowlagentsolutionstotheirproblems.
Maintainsaccuraterecordsofallsalesandprospectingactivitiesincludingsalescalls,presentations,closedsales,andfollowupactivitieswithintheirassignedterritory,includingtheuseofSalesForce.comtomaintainaccuraterecordstomaximizeterritorypotential.
Conductvirtualdiscoveries,demosandROIsessionswithprospect.
