Inside Sales Representative ClearCube
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting a ClearCube solutions sale utilizing appropriate resources as needed. This includes selling through any one of channel partners and working directly with accounts in support of the Account Executive. The Inside Sales Representative will be assigned a team of Account Executives to support. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling all products, services and solutions offered by ClearCube through indirect channels. The Inside Sales Representative reports to the VP of Worldwide Sales.
Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales lead based on information from inquiries from company web site, trade shows, resellers, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
Makes outbound lead follow up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services.
Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.
Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers.
Provides product demos to qualified customers on request.
Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
Builds and maintains customers? relationships.
Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.
Works with outside sales representatives to keep account activities up to date.
Investigates and resolves customer problems.
Travels to and attends trade shows.
Proven ability to:
Achieve sales goals and overcome objections with persuasion and persistence.
Meet commitment and respond promptly to customer needs.
Work well in group problem solving situations.
2+ years as a sales executive in an IT environment.
Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
Understanding of US Civilian, Intelligence and DOD space.
