Job Description
The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for making outgoing calls to PeopleAdmin prospects to present our solutions, qualify fit/need, and set up a scheduled presentation and demonstration with decision makers. The Inside Sales Rep will call on specific targeted prospects and contacts as well as follow-up on inbound leads. The objective of these prospecting efforts is to set up a qualified sales call for PeopleAdmin?s direct sales force with the prospective customer. The Inside Sales Rep will accomplish these objectives with customers in an assigned geographic region by clearly communicating the value of PeopleAdmin products, services, product differentiation, and benefits.
Responsibilities
?Prospect new accounts
?Determine decision makers and influencers within prospective accounts
?Discovery to understand prospective customers current processes, tools, pains
?Qualify fit/need
?Present PeopleAdmin value proposition and solution overview
?Gain commitment for scheduled solution presentation and demonstration with key stakeholders
?Relationship development with key stakeholders
?Transition of qualified opportunity to Sales
?Willing and able to make dozens of outbound calls and emails daily and convert to qualified appointments

?Represents a knowledgeable and professional image to customer organizations
?Strong sales and presentation skills
?Excellent communication and listening skills
?Ability to learn and convey technical solutions quickly
?Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to juggle multiple activities
?A positive attitude and very strong work ethic
?Self-motivated
?Strong follow-up ability
?Team player
Skills/Experience
?Minimum Requirements: 2+ years of experience in customer facing telesales role with a software company
?Must be able to demonstrate track record of achievement in telesales role
?Experience presenting solutions to executives
?Salesforce.com user experience is a plus
?Experience working for a SaaS company a major plus
Education
?BA/BS preferred
