What you?ll do: As a killer Inside Sales Rep, you?ll be a key member of the Spiceworks sales team who?s able to articulate the value prop of our products and close a pre-set number of deals per month. An evangelist for all things Spiceworks, you?ll get potential customers pumped up to be doing business with us. You won?t just think outside the box ? you?ll take problem-solving to a whole dimension by working alongside peers (from sales to marketing to dev) to deliver a best-of-breed advertising solution. Oh, and you?ll rock it every step of the way!
Responsibilities: What will I do?
Make outbound calls to self-generated and marketing generated prospects and current clients
Articulate and close solutions to prospects
Manage workflow with CRM tool, Salesforce.com
Develop/manage sales pipeline like nobody?s business
Monitor/report sales activity and provide accurate forecast
Qualifications: What does it take to do this job?
1-4 years of experience in a transactional sales environment
Strong verbal and written skills a must
Ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing startup environment
Proven track record of successful telephone sales
Proven Excel, Power Point, Word expertise
Out-of-this-world organizational skills
Experience in online advertising sales a strong plus
Solid understanding of internet technologies
Proficient in Salesforce.com (preferred)
