Job Description :
Position Overview: Working under supervision of Client Service Manager, delivers the message of healthier living through participation in Neighborhood Diabetes high touch patient care program.
JOB / DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Persuasively present the services and practices of Neighborhood Diabetic Supply to provider or payer identified prospects in a telephone sales environment.
Completes transactions in CRM tools for on-boarding of new clients, discontinuation of sales effort and identification of opportunities for future growth.
Receive and respond to inquiries via telephone and direct mail communication.
Responsible for maintaining call volume benchmarks, and meets conversion goals.
Performs administrative duties, including patient scheduling of in-service training, insurance confirmation and provider communications.

Effective Communication skills ? Listening, Speaking and Written

Sales skills
Energetic speaker, with confident telephone personality

Organizational skills
Willingness to follow direction and accept change in a rapidly changing marketplace.
Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus!
