Opportunity: Inside Sales Representative
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team. This position will support the sales team with warm lead generation, manage incremental add-ons and growth for current clients, and perform general sales operations and reporting. This position is part of the Sales team and will work closely with the Finance and Marketing teams. This position is located at our headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads
Follow up with warm leads
Execute daily high-volume cold calling efforts
Manage current client incremental growth/add-ons
Perform general account management
Qualify leads provided by Marketing team
Conduct timely and thorough post-sale administrative, production and customer service activities that ensure client and company success
Develop and leverage extensive knowledgebase of issues in health care industry
Maintain full compliance with our CRM (Salesforce.com) process
Deliver progress updates to sales leadership team on a weekly-basis
Required Skills
Proficient with Salesforce.com
Team player who excels in collaborative environments
Self-starter with focused ambition
Positive attitude and a high tolerance for sales rejection
Drive for success and passion to be part of a winning team
Required Experience
Bachelor?s degree
2-3 years inside sales or telemarketing experience
Healthcare experience strongly preferred
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills with clients and management
